Join Steph and Sophie at Yoga Retreat for Foodies and nourish both mind and body on the beautiful island and biosphere of Menorca. Over 5 days, 4 nights you'll enjoy sunrise hatha yoga, vegetarian food with an ayurvedic twist, nature hikes and ocean swims surrounded by new friends, home comforts and stunning views.
Prepare to bliss out with 75-minutes of daily sunrise hatha yoga led by Steph on the ocean-facing yoga shala. Suitable for all levels, we focus on calming the mind and strengthening the body through mindful movement and conscious breath.
Food is medicine. Nourish body and mind with a fresh, seasonal menu, cooked by private chef Sophie, Founder of Nourishing Growth. From homemade focaccia to watermelon smoothies, warm salads and delicious desserts it's a feast for the senses.
Discover Menorca's natural beauty as we walk part of the Cami De Cavalls trail, passing through rich woodland, expansive farm land and stunning turquoise coves, spotting wildlife along the way. You'll also have the opportunity to explore the South Coast of the island by boat.

Villa Natomas is located in Son Bou, on the South coast of the island. It's a cosy home away from home with 3 twin bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, a large private pool, comfortable living room area, two kitchens and a beautiful terrace where all meals are enjoyed. This also doubles up as our yoga shala. The twin rooms comfortably accommodate two people.
Professional chef Sophie and I are passionate about preparing delicious, balancing, nutritious food based on ayurvedic principles. Expect platefuls of warm, veggie salads, succulent fruit, home-baked breads, smoothies, fresh juices and some home-baked french pastries as an extra treat. We do our best to cater for a variety of dietary requirements, so please do mention this upon booking.
On Sunday, you'll get the opportunity to discover the South Coast of the island on a 2-hour boat tour taking you to hidden coves and stunning beaches. Details of the tour will be sent to you post booking.
