I teach 75-minute traditional hatha yoga that is slow-paced, strong and mindful. My sequences allow time to focus on the power and effect of every asana to bring you to a place of healing and quietude. Experience and enjoy a gentle but profound connection to the self.
Join an intimate group of six yogis in my lovely home studio, just a 10-minute walk from Wimbledon station. Weekly classes are Tuesday 7-8:15pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-10:45am, Oct-Dec.
I also teach hatha at SOLUM Place Wimbledon – a beautiful healing centre focused on community-based mindful events that include yoga, breath work, pilates and more.
I can arrange 1-2-1 or group sessions at my home studio. There is a maximum of 6 places – ideal for a more mindful and meaningful get-together with friends, colleagues or family.
I host a yoga retreat every June on the magic isle of Menorca. Expect 5 days of sunrise yoga, sea swims, meditation, and delicious ayurvedic food prepared by a private chef. Next retreat: 13th-17th June 2024.
