I've had the pleasure to complete a 3-year diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle under the guidance of Dr Deepika Rodrigo (B.A.M.S) at The Ayurvedic Institute UK, qualifying with a High Distinction.
I trained in hatha yoga in India, Rishikesh with Surinder Singh, combining asana, pranayama, philosophy and meditation, taught in an authentic traditional style.
